C.M.I.T. Ministry
  (Christian Men In Training)
 

NHBC is committed to help families raise young men of Christian character and courage to stand for Christ instead of the pop culture. Our young men are encourages to do what is right without someone having to give them a pink ribbon or excessively patting them on the back. CMIT has been explained by one of our own young men as awanas on steriods. In short we are helping to raise men of faith. The pogram teaches our young men to take the role of Biblical leadership seriously and be ready to lead their future families in the way of Christ.

The ministry is broken down into three groups (Hawks, Falcons and Eagles) with bronze, silver and gold ranks respectively. Bible memory, Christian conduct, works and disciplines are used to determine the rank for each participant. Pinning ceremonies are periodly held to recognize the worthy achievements of our young men.

     

 

             

 

G.E.M.S.

(Girls Excelling and Maturing Spirtually)

A newly organized minstry which cooperates with parents to help raise young Christian ladies to be the polished and shining gems the Lord intended them to be. The program encourages the embracing of Biblical roles and the courage to be the strong, virtuous woman of faith.

The ministry is broken down into three groups (Pearls, Rubbies and Emeralds). Bible memory, Christian conduct, works and disciplines are used to determine the rank for each participant. Ceremonies are periodly held to recognize the worthy achievements of our young ladies.  

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Three stand cord is not easily broken:   The Lord laid a burden on our pastor to organize a three part approach to ministry.   S.T.A.T.  (Servants that are Training)   - Bible Institute designed for ninth through twelfth grade students      who have surrendered to the gospel ministry.     - The goal is to better train these young people for ministry, Bible      College and independence. S.T.A.R. (Servants that are Reaching)    – a ministry seeking to better train our Bible College students for a successful      ministry through the local church. S.T.A.R.T.S (Servants that are Ready to Serve)    – a transitional mission program designed to aid missionaries who go to the      mission fields of the world.

Just before getting back to school our youth make a rad trip to Oklahoma for an annual youth conference at Southwest Baptist Church of Oklohoma City.
